Is Under Armour Legit?

Under Armour is known as the new big competitor in sporting brands. However, it does not have that reputation with soccer. At least it hasn't in the past. Under Armour just released 2 totally new cleats for the upcoming 2011 season. Unlike their soccer cleats in the past, these can reasonably compete with the top soccer boot brands like Nike and Adidas. The NEW Hydrostrike Pro cleats (pictured top) are great cleats for midfielders and defenders. They compete weight wise (9.6 oz.). They even compete with the new style of upcoming cleats! The biggest difference, Under Armour cleats are remarkably cheaper. The Hydrostrike Pro's are only $137 compared to Nike's top of the line cleat at $399. Under Armour's other release, the Blur Pro (picture bottom) is at the top of its class for striking boots. Weighing it at 8.6 oz. it is Under Armour's lightest cleat. It is designed for quick cuts, crosses, and durability to last every match. Under Armour has a very elite line up for 2011. I can honestly say, Under Armour has become a legitimate soccer brand.
